Some of our bags are made between one to three days. Our luxury line bags can take between three to seven weeks depending on the size and level of detail. Same time aprox with the hats.

Yes they are, All of our products are 100% authentic and handmade using toquilla straw. We work with certified artisans from Manabi, Ecuador.

Keep your bag or hats in a cool, dry place preferiblaly inside the cotton bag that we provide you. Keep your bag away from direct sunlight otherwise this might discolor or distort the shape. Keep your bag away from water. If it gets wet do not dry it with a blowdryer, just use a soft towel or something to soak the water and let it dry naturally out of the sun. A blowdryer or long exposure to heat can make the toquilla brittle and crack easily.

Remove stains using only a damp cloth by spot cleaning with soft hand soap or gentle detergent. Let the bag slowly air dry. Keep out of direct exposure to the sun or heat.
